I couldn’t believe there was a test! How to finish a course on stress anxiety and well being in the workplace. Would have been inspirational to not have a test and perhaps give everyone an opportunity to give positive thoughts on how as individuals they could address their own issues.
Designed to assist everyone to understand your own mental health .

Awesome course and I learnt alot thank you x
They are good courses to have on your CV but I'd like to see ones like site safety because around here alot of the 28 year old want to get in site and are unable to do the course.
Having had lived experience with MH issues, I found this course underpinned the work I've done to manage this, there is useful tips to maintain positive MH and highlights the importance of asking for help - its not a sign of weakness, its a sign of strength, mental resilience and learning, knowing when change is necessary and being kind to yourself.
Great course ease of use very informative well done
