A lot of it is common sense

Although much is common sense, like heathy eating and exercise, I found the section on turning negative thoughts into positive thoughts helpful and the impact our thoughts have on our wellbeing was particularly helpful as I tend to overthink and worry. I need to learn and train myself not to do this. I found the impact of our thoughts the most interesting and helpful.

Found it interesting and applicable

Feel it may need a bit of adjustment now more than ever, to involve current situations that everyone is living through – connections to health and Mental health – effects of home working/living no socializing not normal way of life for everyone. Its like a Grief (loss)of what used to be for everyone – worry for the generation of children who have had to deal with it as an adult its been difficult/confusing/scary.

Some good points raised

Basic and informative

concise, descriptive and easy to absorb

I can relate to all of the challenges of Mental Health. I am menopausal and struggling. Would be good to have that included as it has a huge effect on many women's mental health, often misdiagnosed as depression or early onset dementia. Just a thought. To raise awareness.
