some parts of the course was helpful, but some part made me feel a little stressful as i stressed that i couldn't remember all the things i'm meant to try

Anxiety can of course be a very complex behaviour to manage - it feels like this course is barely scratching the surface with oversimplifications that could leave you thinking things such as "mindfulness is just about breathing". There should probably be more emphasis on recommending finding a medical professional if anxiety is impacting your day-to-day activities. That said, the advice given is all good just don't expect to come away with a full toolkit for managing anxiety!
The overall information of the training was good but the constant reminders on e-mails to complete the training actually cause more anxiety because it puts people under pressue.

This is my only work. I'm grateful to have these courses
As a person who has had a lot of CBT and other talk therapies, I felt the course was a little patronising and simplified. I understand that a course like this can not be all encompassing but I particularly didn't like the childish language; "belly breathing" and "belly button." The breathing technique is called "breathing from your diaphragm" and the "belly button" is called a "navel." I am not six and I don't need to be talked to like I am. When I had to make choices for the managing techniques section, none of the examples were relevant and I had to choose situations that were of no use, or relevance, to me at all. I have never wished to jump out of a plane, but it was the only one that I could tick realistically. Mind you the graphics were really good.
