I have learnt a great deal more about anxiety, what forms it takes and the many ways of managing it.
A very useful and realistic approach whilst providing resources to manage our own anxiety. Gives good insight into why we feel the way we do and gives enough weight without being too heavy.

I experience periods of anxiety and have been struggling recently with one such episode. The training has reminded me of tools that I had put to one side, and introduced me to others, and I now feel that I am better equipped and have a plan to put into place when I have future challenging moments.
