I have been doing these courses by reading the transcript then doing something else till the video finishes. I would have got less questions wrong if the videos weren't wasting my time. Also more people would find time to do them if they could simply read the information and do the exam. the videos are incredibly annoying to everyone I speak to.

I would much prefer in-house face-to-face training in a classroom environment, which is proven to be a more effective tool than a bland online power point show. It would also be a more efficient way to monitor progress and provide a real person to answer any questions or talking points which may be pertinent to the operators own experience.

The inability to be able to go back and relearn if you make a mistake is in forgivable if you can’t learn by your mistakes what is the point.
a waste of my time. would prefer actual training rather than a long winded boring presentation.
