Course was OK but to many stops and starts. The video could have been a single short length film without all the slide breaks. Content was informative and a timely reminder.
Everyone should go through this training
The course was clear and concise, Absolutely no waffle or time wasting. It also made a change to see a training video that dose not make you cringe. It was so clear that i even showed my children (10 and 8) the step ladder sections and leaning ladder sections as we use ladders around the allotment/house and they got it. Thank you Paul

I found the ladder training very informative, thorough and clear without being patronising. Points were made clearly and the videos were very helpful. The test was also not too easy which was very good.Thanks
