I may have missed it, but it would have been helpful if they explained the difference between a stay and a fly.

A really good presentation, only criticism was that the words did not fit the person when speaking.
It's OK and basic to understand, could do with audio read out of questions for people with dyspraxia and/or are dyslexic as I had to repeat the test having miss read the question due to my dyspraxia which is frustrating.
The course was good and easy to follow but I did not see any advice about sliding multi-stage ladders back down, nor how to deal with ladders with more than two stages. I don't recall specific advice on how far it is safe to extend multi-stage ladders. By that I mean the minimum number of rungs that should overlap on an extended ladder.
