Good informative course
I thought the course was very good and covered lots of areas within the subject. It was clear and concise and as the presenter said mainly common sense but we all need to be reminded of good practice in our work place.
It was well presented
It was well presented and (fairly) easy to understand. I came away with a much better understanding than I had before, with half a dozen things I will now do differently. I used the transcript as I find that's the best way to retain the info, and saved this into a Word document. This means I can refer back to it if needed. I certainly won't remember everything in the course without this. The 40 minutes mentioned doesn't work for me because I used the transcript as above. It was more like 3 hours. But it works for me that way.

Interesting, comprehensive, recommended.
A very interesting, comprehensive, invaluable course, to undertake. I learnt a lot, and was pleased to attain a very successful pass rate, following the completion of the end test. Highly recommended for the education and benefit of all staff!

It was concise and unlike some of the other courses, wasn’t too long. It gave you the knowledge that you needed.
Mostly Relevant & Interesing!
Some great information and interesting facts but not necessarily all relevant to me, personally. It will be useful to be able to explain reasons behind hygiene to returning students though and have a bit more confidence when giving reasons as to why we are changing how we do things post-COVID!
