Like a lot of these training sessions. It was a little boring
I enjoyed the dog metaphor but as I’m not a visual learner, I could have read the information much more quickly - most of it had no relevance to the position for which I have been employed.
Far too verbose. Difficult to engage with.
Content was fine Test would not complete so insisted I watched the videos again, did so wasn’t allowed to retake test. Stuck in a loop. Buggy program?
The training took an eternity because the server took a long time between each page change. The package treats the trainee like a child.
It is very long winded, the information could be put across more concisely and take less time to complete.
Boring, you zone out. I am dyslexic so although hearing is useful boring is really bad. Plus one tap of the wrong answer and I could not re test, went through enitre coures 3 times and still could not re test yest the drop down box said go back to unticked box, only unticked box was test. now i am know i am dyslexic but surely something there was not right.

To what degree are people really informed by this apart from saying I have looked at these slides. Do we take this seriously or not? - if so then hire people to train staff.
