Quick, easy and engaging
This refresher was easy to understand, and it was engaging. It was very quick to go through the information again and there were links to click for anything you needed additional information for.

Okay -painless
Could of done with a bit more on this rather than the end less stuff on equity equality etc but still I did learn things and question are practises at work
