Dry and slow

Too basic, poor audience engagement.

I thought the delivery of the course and the language used were oversimplified. It made me not want to engage with the presenter. I feel like although the subject matter was serious it was pitched at school kids level.

Inappropriate and repetitive

Training covered generic aspects of fraud, many of which are difficult to relate to a research institution / consultancy. A more bespoke training course would be better to address issues such as fraudulent research practices or fraudulent contract/timesheet/expenses issues rather than sales or trading related fraud. The cyber-security section at the end was a repeat of what I had already covered in the cybersecurity section and was not necessary.

Irrelevant

I don’t agree with having to have 100% right it should be 90 % it can become very frustrating when you get one wrong to then have to re take the testI find the courses very repetitive .I always don’t find all the training relevant to my job role

This training is really helpful

Unhelpful & time-consuming presentation

As usual I find the compulsory videos to be extremely unhelpful and demotivating. Some of the content duplicates the cyber-security training. A lot of the content is not relevant to my work.

Expiry too frequent

This course expires far too quickly and the need to complete it is extremely frustrating and repetitive as the course is never updated.

Need a refresher version - not repeat

This was a good course last time - although overlaps with a lot of other courses. For a refresher you just need a short summary - or better still, allow us to take the test. If all the questions are correct, don't force us to complete the whole course again.

All prejudices ignored... very non PC...

Where is the non-white, British, spotty with skin blemishes, overweight, older lady with a regional accent and slightly yellowed teeth? The content was patronizing and far too long (5 mins would suffice!).
