I have never worked in this sector before, I took the course as I volunteer at a Centre where snacks and beverages are served The course gave me an insight into the rules and regulations required to do this service safely and lawfully. I was aware of most rules however Iv'e learnt a lot and will put this into my working practise. Most informative

Use training to complete
Much easier to follow than a simple slideshow and the short and concise videos helped process the information
They help us a lot
I enjoy the fact I can stop and start and continue where I left off ,so I'm able to carry on with my busy day but still continue once I'm able to.
There was a lot off information to retain [glad I jotted my notes] .It was interesting and in particular on the food hygiene. informative information on different allergies and around the cross contamination
