The course is brilliant
It might help if rather than watch 48 videos and then do a test if a short test could be done after each stage eg Legal for those of us that haven`t got the best memories.
It was so clear and well explained.
It helped me to discover many things in food industry
I found the content good but I thought that some of the explanations went too quickly. I found the questions asked during the course ( not the test) were not really explained before being asked perhaps this was deliberate.
