a very informative course that informs you of the things you need to know , and also opens your eyes to how others perceive danger and react to it

Overall it was a good course that fully covered the subject.
Enjoyed that I could complete the course in my own time, coming back to it when I had free time. However, I would of liked to of had a practical test with at least one fire extinguisher to gain experience with using one.
Whilst generally good, lots of videos to watch over an extended amount of time. Also Regulations appear to be only specific to England & Wales (not Scotland)
Good pace and delivery. Would have been 5 star - only problem was getting one question wrong in the test took me back to the video and then couldn't return to the test. Had to re-start test from scratch.
It is efficient way to do the training.Saves time and it is apropriate to our work condition.

Course well laid out, plenty of valuable information and easy step by step instructions. If you do the course in more than one session you even get an email with a link to take you back to where you left off - excellent. JJ
