Surprisingly easy to sit through, given the 'dry' subject matter. The right length to maintain concentration, easier and more engaging than reading through slides. the test was relatively straight forward, but actually required concentration on the content to get most/all questions correct. Much better than Bob's Business.

I thought the course was excellent. It was well presented, using videos, graphics, diagrams and explanations that were easy to understand and very useful. There were good supporting materials plus a comprehensive transcript. Overall, I was impressed and I would recommend the Fire Awareness Training course to anyone.
The course was very good, as it used a lot of visual aids.
The course suited my style of learning. I was able to listen, watch and read . Anything I didn't understand or was unsure of I was able to return to and listen, watch and read again! The tests were direct and to the point. Simple questioning with one straight forward answer.
An interesting and easy to follow training course.
I found the course clear and concise. The presenters made the course easy to follow and spoke in a way we can all understand. It was good to being able to replay the videos as then I missed nothing whilst making a few notes.The course made it clear that you can not underestimate our role in fire prevention whilst giving us the information to help us should the worst ever happen.Thank you
