Only one part that I found confusing. The terminology used for convection radiation etc Perhaps a shorter course for voluntary staff who don’t have the same responsibilities
It's been a very nice experience. Thanks for your help.
Am very happy for the course, is educative
your stated time to complete was 45 mins, that's not possible when you must follow the video before answering the questions and a test at the end, companies see your 45mins and restrict their staff to that time frame,
A bit overly long in parts but good course overall.
These courses are a good reminder on all things needed regarding fire safety. Real life training using extinguishers is the only next useful/remaining step (I have experienced). But in the meantime these courses are good to update yourselves and keep you aware on all the things concerned.
Very interesting and well presented. However, the general information is always useful but the technical information (signage, types of extinguishers ) too much/ complicated for a casual learner to remember except momentarily for the test……
Although was a bit of repetition from old sessions I noticed that there was quite a lot of new content which I thought was practically relevant.
A well presented course
