It’s help to care worker more responsible,concerned about timing and make easy to manage service users.
Very well set out and organised module. I feel more confident o do my job equipped with this knowledge.Bit disappointed that the links relating to the different safely policies such as Cossh, RIddor etc did not take me to the correct information, merely back to the start of the presentation.
