I found the course very helpful in showing me how I can improve my desk and screen environment both at home and on campus. The exercises and suggestions for how to avoid aches and eye strain and improve posture were also very useful.

I found it intuitive with great presentation. I like that it demonstrates the correct behaviours, giving candidates the opportunity to mimic and learn them. I also found it quite motivational. The especially like that it follows with an individual DSE assessment and allows comment and follow up actions.

Having done this training a year ago, I remembered much of it resulting in much of it being a little long winded. Perhaps a shortened version for those who have recently (last three years possibly), taken and passed the training?
