patronising and too long

The worst kind of course where basic sense is explained as if it is a revolutionary idea

Boring and devoid of practical value

The DSE course was extremely boring. The content lacked engagement and failed to provide any meaningful insights or practical applications. Sitting through it felt like a waste of time, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for an enriching learning experience.

Not relevent

I work on phone all the time do not have a work station as on the road all the time. The presentation is slow and very boring presenters have no reality to life of service engineers. Please use proper offices not stage and real life situation to liven up a boaring presentation.

Slow - basic - needlessly drawn out

There was no option to natively speed up the videos - finding enough time to take out of my day was difficult, especially for a session that could have been summed up in 1 10 min video

Took far too long....

It was useful to learn that my employer is responsible for paying for my eye test! The content was basic and could have been condensed into far fewer slides. The inability to skip through the video once you had read the transcript (reading the transcript is how I get the main information) means that the whole thing takes far longer than it needs.Quite ironic that this training on the safe use of DSE, requires you to look at DSE for a prolonged period of time...

another waste of my time

How many more times do I have to do something of which 90% is irrellevent to my job I've just wasted half an hour of time when I'm very busy and this causes me too much stress. why can't a course be tailor made for my situation?

Obvious stuff.

In short, a really really long way to tell you to sit up straight and take breaks. Frustrating at best.
