Simplistic , condescending, inane , but to be frank most online training for practical tasks is the same. Deep waste of time.
Waste of time and money, not transferable to any other business or licence another layer on the e-learning onion, another manager having an idea to add to someone who's job he or she has no part of, a reason no one wants to work in care anymore, take a look at how huge their e-learning portfolio has become, stick to basic, what is needed not what your staff want to add, keep it simple stupid KISS, dont fix what is not broken, I had 14 years of e-learning in another industry, I had a wife in tears trying to complete one of these courses that was glitched and could not be completed, I have no love for e-learning, it should be quick, uncomplicated and NECCESSARY for the work and transferable to other employment to stop staff having to redo the same courses under a different company, e-learning should not be something to employ another member of staff on a large wage!

Although this course would be great for a new starter or an inexperience driver, as an advanced and experienced driver, this course was a waste of time
I've been driving for probably longer than the person who put this together. Real waste of my time.
Dont even need to watch the videos to be able to answer the questions
