Interesting Topic But Lots Of Informatio

Perhaps it's because I don't come across this in my actual job, but I found some of this information complex and hard to remember - but it's nonetheless useful and interesting

It is a do able course

The course is important, to much time spent on the number of each form which is used, particularly as some organisations use there own and not even in the test.

Covered the main points of the topic

Was very informative and covered the main points. Instructor was clearly spoken.Might have been better with some more time. I found it quite hard to get my head round the authorities involved and all the form numbers. But was good that could return to topics as needed. The test was helpful and ensured you were aware of any areas that might require further study.

A lot of Information to take in

Tricky course to complete. I found I needed to give it full attention and listen carefully to abbreviations etc.

Found this quite challenging!

4/5
well structured

Did not give 5 stars as some questions in the test are too detailed (as in, one could easily find them by reading the mental capacity act rather than memorising them)

4/5
informative

Interesting an informative, a bit dry though and had to takre breaks to be able to concentrate. Contend not necessarily applicable to my work as a support worker in MACS, but good to have awareness

Good but improvement could be made

This is very thorough training.

Thorough training. I do wonder how useful it is to include all the information is about the various form numbers that have to be completed in this general overview? It does concern me about the ethnic representation in the video/graphic and I think this needs to be addressed. Firstly, the vulnerable individual is black and all the helpers and professionals shown are white. This is not true in real life and does not represent reality. Roughly 20% of the population of the UK identify as BAME, so at least 20% of representation should reflect this. Additionally, it would be good to see some diversity generally within the hosts leading the training.
