Not very relevant

This course isn't very relevant to my job. Although DoLS is very important, most of the knowledge contained in the course is not applicable to the school environment. The processes discussed in the course may be relevant to care home managers and those involved on a decision-making level, but beyond that, most of this is information I do not need to know. I would suggest that DoLS, as well as the 'Assessing Mental Capacity' course be combined together to create one course of information that is actually relevant to the job.

Not relevant

Completely irrelevant to working in a school, not sure why I'm required to learn about DOLS in the context of elderly patients in hospitals and care homes however the course appears to be very informative for people working in those settings.

Very hard to take in information

There is a lot of complicated information to retain and the course is very slow, too long, and information is difficult to remember. The presenter of the course is very dull and presentation is very tedious.

A bit confusing with document numbers, h

This course is a little too long and I found it not very clear in places. Too many graphics.

It was fine.

Felt that much of the detail was unnecessary. Testing me on whether Managing Authorities use a green form or a blue form seemed utterly pointless.

2/5
too many clicks

Over 80 clicks of a mouse to watch 40 mins of video, how absurd.

Compicated

I found this training session very complicated - a little more about a persons mental capacity would be beneficial
