This course is a little too long and I found it not very clear in places. Too many graphics.

Very interesting and informative
Felt that much of the detail was unnecessary. Testing me on whether Managing Authorities use a green form or a blue form seemed utterly pointless.
Was very informative and covered the main points. Instructor was clearly spoken.Might have been better with some more time. I found it quite hard to get my head round the authorities involved and all the form numbers.But was good that could return to topics as needed.The test was helpful and ensured you were aware of any areas that might require further study.

I think is simply and fast learning.
This was another good course to let me have more of a good understanding of our Customers rights and situations, if I was ever to come across them.
