Perhaps it's because I don't come across this in my actual job, but I found some of this information complex and hard to remember - but it's nonetheless useful and interesting

The course is important, to much time spent on the number of each form which is used, particularly as some organisations use there own and not even in the test.

The course said it was 34 minutes but it has taken me 3 evenings after work...there is so much detailed information. I found myself having to write reams and reams whilst doing the training and trying to follow it. I cannot understand why a carer/support worker must learn this amount of detailed information UNLESS their role means they are tasked with undertaking DoLS ....nobody can be expected to remember all this.
