There is a lot of information in there that as a support worker I do not need to know. I am not going to be applying for DOL on behalf of anyone. Support workers just need to know the basics not which forms to fill in or in how many days etc. We need a simple basic one that gives us what we need to know.
The course it's well explained and clear.
Well thought out and delivered information. This training had fewer questions throughout than the MCA assessment, which was a shame. However, the overall training was good.

I found this course was a lot of information to take on board as i feel it would be something i would not get involved with but it was good to make me realize what was involved and what authorities did what.

I had difficullty answering the multi choice question,not being brought up on these.I knew the answers,but the ambiguity of the quetions made it difficult.
