A decent and basic training
General and rather basic training which is essentially more about using your common sense, however the video is well made, the trainer speaks well, and luckily it is not as boring as I thought it might be.

Training was easy to understand and follow. Useful information and reminders of what we all can and should be doing to contribute to cyber security. Also helpful reminders on a personal level.
