I could barely hear the video and one of the questions was what some initials meant. Initials aren't safety rated and shouldn't be used to grade someone's knowledge. Safety questionnaires should be based solely on the individuals knowledge on safety matters and how they'd react.

Very well presented , and easy to follow. Very informative.
I liked that the information was simple and straightforward and the detail was just about right. I laughed out loud at the bit about growing an extra toe but rest assured this course will not be remembered for that but for the important message it demonstrated.
