poor graphics ,percentage pass very poor, result should be a pass or fail the certificate may have to go on a wall in a common area for everyone to see
very wishy washy no hard handling techniques just box ticking exercise for employers

Couldn't find how to start the test and then when it finally started and completed nothing happened when printing certificate.

This has a lot of virtual reality graphics which are used over and over again throughout the programme. Also a very repetitive and fairly static boring man in a black shirt who does a lot of talking. He seems conscious of this and does occasionally remember to move his hands. It painfully takes you through the old Hazchem symbols one by one comparing it with CLP replacement, forgetting that if you knew the old labels, you will automatically recognise the CPL ones and only needed to introduce the three new additions. You need a lot of concentration to watch this programme to ensure you simply stay awake and the test at the end is so ridiculously easy it is an insult to the children.
The visual nature of the course suited the need to understand and recognize signage.

I'm quite sure I would still have achieved 100% by just taking the test without the need to sit through nearly half an hour of videos. Would be of great benefit to someone suffering from insomnia.
