This course was too basic and too long for trained specialists. Unnecessary format with videos and childish cartoons.
This was sent to me in error so I thought it'd be funny to skip all the information and just fail as quickly as possible. I clicked "A" on every answer and have now hung the certificate up in my toilet.
Pointless I didn’t revise anything still got 18 out of 20 marks
how many times do we need to do the same course? its the same course i did 32 years ago as an apprentice, if only companies would keep records of training
Course is overly time consuming. Course should NOT be broken up into teeny tiny segments that are unable to be fastforwarded or skipped.

There is no substitute for face to face training, the content was okay but we were allocated 1 hour to listen and answer a quiz. There is no info or handouts to take away from the session as a reminder, no tutor to talk to if we had any questions. All very rushed, I wouldn't recommend to others.
Dull, really really dull. Duller than a wet day in Grimsby. Surely there is more we can do to 'learn' than watch?
