Easy to follow
Communication is paramount and key to great success
The course was simple to traverse and clearly delivered
Everyone working in care should be asked to do this trainning
Good course with good audio files that is delivered well. However for someone who is dyslexic finding the exam does not have a voice puts a barrier up to getting the full benefit of course.

I definitely felt like this was a good overview of the strengths of good communication in care, as well as the issues that can be caused by bad communication. I feel more confident in approaching communication in care now.
