I was happy with the teaching of how better one can communicate with others. The different variations of skills also can be used. This has given me more confidence and encouraged me on how to make others feel more at ease knowing you have and can show one cares for how others are feeling.
As there were different carers and caring styles/attitudes portrayed, it was easy to associate with them.
