Repeat of previous years

Not a lot has changed in the world of asbestos so the course comes across as being a repeat of previous years which is understandably.

What does asbestos actually look like?

There needs to be better info on how to spot asbestos. I wouldn't be able to tell from this training if any pipes are insulated with asbestos for example. The training is good at emphasising the dangers of asbestos but without proper examples of what asbestos looks like it is of limited use as procedures wouldn't be followed if people are unaware they have disturbed asbestos.

Improve required

Hi. What is very annoying on yours videos, you disabled going forward on videos that you already viewed. I do understand you want to stop people going forward with something that wasn't watched, but your system needs to remember which videos I watched. If I decide to go back to a few videos to check something, I should be able to go back to the latest video I watch, instead forcing the user to watch the same videos again. That user loses interest to watch for hours the same videos until to get to part which user want to learn again. If I pass to watch all the videos and I want to watch only videos somewhere in the middle, I can't because your system doesn't remember. That should be about learning, and that should be easy, not annoying. Annoying - not interest. On the other hand your training videos are quite good but not the best. I cannot remember your electrical training, but when I do it when needed I will let you know. Lots of electrical courses I did are incorrect. Kind Regards, Richard Lang

NO NEED TO COVER HISTORY OF ASBESTOS.

AS A TEACHER, I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE FOCUS ON ASBESTOS BUT THIS PRESENTATION COULD BE SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED IN LENGTH. I DO NOT NEE DTO KNOW ABOUT THE HSTORY OF THE USE OF ASBESTOS IN THE ANCIENT PERIOD. THE VIDEOS ARE OF A HIGH QUALITY THOUGH. IT WOUDL BE GOO DIF THERE WAS A FUNCTION TO SPEED UP THE INSTRUCTION - THE PRESENTATIONS ARE RATHER SLOW AND TIME CONSUMING TO WATCH. THANK YOU

Quite interesting

I found it quite interesting although irrelevant I would have said for my job

Good but lengthy

Whilst I found the history of asbestos quite interesting, I did not find it relevant to the training I needed. There was too much superfluous detail meaning the training took longer than needed.

good for a novice

Having already completed a course in this a lot was repetitive. I found some of the historical content irrelevant. A lot could have been covered more quickly. Also, why include the video about a man who is diagnosed with life threatening asbestosis? The effect on the lungs had already been covered and this is just upsetting. I know a warning was given at the start of it but it added nothing to the learning. Also if you are going to put it in allow people to skip that part if it is upsetting to them.
