Company-specific training is better

This course is extremely generic, and for a normal worker it boils down to "please report accidents". Too many times the advice was "check with your company's policies", which suggests this training should be replaced by company-specific training on how to navigate our own reporting system, who is the point of contact, etc. Maybe a health & safety rep would find useful information here about how to create an effective form, but it's definitely not helpful for a general audience.

very long and boring

nearly fell asleep on all training videos so far as they repeats previous chapters from other courses. Probably be put into one or 2 video's

2/5
Not very useful

I felt it was missing alot of important information. I wasn't sure what the course was trying to teach.

2/5
Still far too long

Being generous in giving it two stars, but only because it was a lot shorter than the previous ones. It still far, far too long, it could have been done in under five minutes. I'm getting better at not listening to the content and getting on with some real work yet still only getting one wrong answer, the majority is so obvious and common sense.

2/5
Lacking engagement

Feels like the same old filling in questioner. Next to nothing engaging with anyone and feels like a tick box where you dont take much notice as you can redo the questions until they are all correct.

2/5
Very simplistic

It was a very childish module. You would not think it was aimed at professionals, more kindergarten

2/5
Test making me start again

Started of nicely but I accidentally hit the wrong figure in the test and it's made me go all the way back to the start of the slides and won't let me access the test - It's not clear if there is a way of doing this differently. It's a 17 slide show but has now turned into a 30 min session

this course is very difficult to follow

the course is aimed at employees in a company most people who work for ISS are agency workers who are site based and usually working for another company who will expect you to follow there rules/policy procedures

2/5
Not well-designed for what I need.

After a working life of 25 years as an engineer in the RAF and then 20+ years in teaching children and adults, I'm reasonably familiar with this. I'm not an expert, but I know enough to recognize when I need to look up a detail. At the end of this module, with its childish graphics and patronising talking heads, I'm no better off. The one thing that might be useful as an alternative now, and as an aide-memoire in future would be a transcript as a single document, but that doesn't seem to be offered. That said, it's probably less grim than the next module that I tried, Customer Service.

I found all the sound effects both distracting and irritating
