About Marlborough Highways

Marlborough offers a complete full-service solution for surfacing, highway maintenance, road marking, traffic management, street lighting and infrastructure projects built around the needs of their clients.

Marlborough use a wide range of both our Health & Safety and HR Compliance courses to work towards legislative compliance and keep staff safe whilst on the job. They have been on board with us for just under a year and currently employ around 480 members of staff.

What made you realise your training needs?

"With over 500 staff working in both offices and out in the field, we knew that Health & Safety and adequate training would be absolutely paramount to our business and whilst we provide some on the job Health & Safety training, we simply couldn't cover everything, which is why we started looking for training providers."
