About Stocks Hall Nursing & Care Group

Stocks Hall work on an open-door policy and recognise that by ensuring the positive wellbeing of individuals, they can ensure respect and trust in the relationship between the carers and residents. Facilities include social areas, leisure facilities, cinema and communal gardens. Stocks Hall want residents to feel safe, secure and living in a comfortable environment that meets their needs. Stocks Hall also boast a Customer Service Excellence award.

Stocks Hall have been with us since 2012 (back in the day of CD ROMs!) and are currently using more than 35 of iHASCO’s Health & Safety and HR Compliance courses. These include courses such as Medication Awareness in CareFire Warden Training in Care, and Fire Awareness in Care to make sure that staff are aware of best safety practices. Alongside these, they also use our Mental Health AwarenessStress Awareness, and Bullying & Harassment training courses to make sure their staff are aware of how they can better care for their own wellbeing as well as that of their colleagues. Stocks Halls also use 3 of our Care Certificate Courses that we offer, helping staff with the ‘theory’ side of their Care Certificate Training.

What made iHASCO stand out?

"iHASCO ticked every box for us when we were looking for an eLearning provider. The amount of courses they release every year and the level of support they offer continues to impress me every year. The quality of their courses is also second-to-none. I love the Care Certificate Courses and can’t wait for them all to be completed!"

What's your favourite iHASCO feature?

"Not necessarily a feature, but I think that your Customer Support team are fantastic, always on hand to help with any queries and super friendly. My Account Manager - Lisa Godding - is great too! Keep up the great work!"
