When did you join iHASCO?
I joined iHASCO in 1995.
What do you do there?
I’m part of the Customer Services/Accounts team. I look after the admin for the office involving duties like customer services, accounts and anything else that needs taking care of!
What did you want to be when you were at school?
A vet until my father told me that I would have to put animals to sleep! I then wanted to work in an office as I loved typing and one of my favourite toys was a typewriter.
What do you get up to when you’re not at iHASCO?
In my spare time I love to shop, read and socialise. I also run ‘3 Counties Breast Cancer Support Group’ so I'm quite busy and I do a lot for the charity The Fountain Centre. The Fountain Centre is a charity for cancer patients, their families and carers.
What’s your favourite food?
Any European food but I particularly love French and Italian cuisine.
What’s your Favourite Holiday destination?
I have recently been to Madeira and on my 1st visit I just felt as though I belonged. I felt a real empathy for the Island. I also enjoy Italy, France and Cornwall for somewhere closer... and I don't have to get on a plane.
Tell us something we don’t know about you…
I belong to a Breast Cancer Choir ‘Kindred Spirits’ not that I can sing!!! I am also Deputy Chairlady/Social Secretary for the Choir, it’s great fun and good therapy with all the laughing we do as well as a bit of singing.
