I thought I was fairly clued up on manual handling but this has certainly added to my knowledge.

One of the better ones I have done online. I did one earlier this year and it did not have video sections. The video sections in your training programme gave examples of correct lifting techniques which made it much more informative.
Easy to understand.
Good step by step information with questions as you go.
