For those having done these manual handling training units for years, the videos are intolerably slow and also patronising. This leads to disengagement with the course content. Please offer the option for users to opt for a transcript read through (without the 10s of clicks required to forward the short video units) and to sit a harder test.
This course was very easy to understand, I learned a lot. The information is very well taught and explained. The actors were also engaging.
