Good, easy to follow and understand. Good to emphasise that safe manual handling isn't just for work. The section tlaking about individual accidents was possibly a little too long.

I loved the programme because the skills taught are not just for work but for everywhere really. Also l found the programme easy to follow and very user friendly.
PROGRAM CONTENTS INFORMATIVE
THE REASON I GAVE A 3 IS THAT THE PROGRAM FROZE TWICE MEANING I HAD TO SHUT THE COMPUTER DOWN AND START ALL OVER AGAIN THUS TAKING NEARLY 2 HOURS. OVERALL THE PROGRAMME WAS INFORMATIVE AND THOUGHT PROVOKING MAKING YOU REASSESS YOUR WORKING ENVIROMENT.

Most people generally dislike watching these kinds of training videos, but I thought this one was well put together, informative and easy to use.
