A very useful tool which allows employees to complete the Computer and ICT Health and Safety Course at their own pace with easy to follow instruction. Rather than tie up does the training programme within work time, I did it at home at my own pace.

Upon completion of my training session, I found that the questions raised for my test were very informative to myself. The questions made me more aware of the importance of the set up and sitting position for my posture position. It also makes you aware of the importance to take a break from your computer screen to rest your eyes and also for you to excercise during this break period. Overall I found the training session very helpfull and usefull to understand the importance of the course contents.

This is the most effective DSE training and assessment I have ever experienced. The fact that you can conduct this at your own workstation in your own time is brilliant. You can take pauses when it suits you or check something specific on your workstation as the training progresses.
