I found the course very helpful, especially concerning exercises, the rest of the module was very easy to follow and informitive.

I found this training very helpfull, it was aimed just right, not too lenghthy, and the modules covered all aspects. I would recommend this training to other agencies.
This programme was clear and informative

not being a regular user of IT i found this programme to be informative and helpful
Clear, concise and easy to follow
The programme was very easy to follow and user friendly. Made me think about things ( that I thought I already knew) about my work station and also highlights that small changes can make a big difference. Level of detail was just right and pictures and speaker very clear and concise.

Very helpful & informative
Highly recommended to ensure workstations are set-up correctly, and very effective at elimiating shoulder/neck ache from poorly set out workstations.
