This video will show you what the IT Health and Safety programme looks like and how easy it is to use. This is only a demonstration - when it is used for training it is fully interactive.

To the left of the introductory video you will find links to the various sections of the programme. It is best to start with At Your Desk and work through, but the sections can be completed in any order.

Work your way through each section at your own speed. You can replay videos by clicking the replay button or return to previous pages via the back arrow. The forward arrow will light up to prompt you when it is time to move on. The final page of the section is a question to test your understanding of the topic.

Work through each section in exactly the same way.

Section 6 contains a risk assessment tool. This allows you to assess your own workstation. The results can be printed off and/or updated at any time.

Successful completion of the final section – the test – will be rewarded with a certificate to prove you have completed your manual handling training.
