Good informative training
I found the training very useful and informative in that I now know the signs to look out for when developing stress. I have learn't the difference between stress and pressure which was very useful, then knowing how to deal with each one. I think this programme would be very useful for my colleagues, with the content being easy to understand and clear with plenty of visual aids.
Great quality video footage
This programme was of great quality and a nice way to plan training in a work environment. The content was very clear and attention was kept with interactive features and questions throughout. The test is a great idea to ensure people where paying attention or if any additional training is needed. A certificate at the end allows a record to be kept.
