* A broadband internet connection is required with a recommended connection speed of at least 2Mbps downstream per user. The training programmes are delivered through the web browser using the Adobe Flash Player. In order for the programmes to record session state and log results to the reporting suite your environment must allow SOAP connections between client machines and the internet. IHASCO cannot provide free technical support for issues caused by your local environment configuration.
