What do you do at iHasco?

I am part of the Customer Services team. Our focus is on ensuring on going customer care is given even after a purchase of our high quality training has been made. We work on varied projects and currently have been offering an online upgrade to past clients that purchased any training programmes on CD Rom, enabling them faster deployment. We like keeping our clients happy at IHasco !


What do you do when you’re not doing that?

I love cooking, which is at the heart of any true Italian like myself. I have dinner parties for friends or family most weekends. I also enjoy taking my kids for days out and we particulary like the New Forest.


Tell us something we don’t know about you…

I like having a challenge and I usually incorporate it with raising money for charity. My most recent challenges have been to run a half marathon and before that jumping out of a plane at 10,000 foot. That was FANTASTIC... I want to do it again!!


Favourite food?

Hhmmm..... ITALIAN!!! It has to be Italian as I lived in the kitchen growing up as a kid, the heart of a true Italian home.... BUT also enjoy other cuisines particularly Chinese.


Favourite Holiday (destination) and why?

I go back to Italy every year as it's a big family reunion on the 15th August on for the big Festa day. I also like exploring other parts of the world and have been lucky enough to visit Mexico, Malaysia, USA, Spain, France and Greece. I love meeting meeting people from different cultures.


What did you want to be when you were at school?

I wanted to be a linguist and travel the world whilst translating for companies.

Our Rachel still seeks comfort in sucking her thumb to send her off to sleep...aaahhhh!
