What do you do (at iHasco)?

I’m one of two Directors here at iHasco, I’ve been involved in making training programmes in one form or the other since 1993. I’m effectively responsible for the day to day running of the business which includes over-seeing sales and customer services – it’s me you’ll want when offering thanks for a great deal you’ve been offered or to praise one of the team for delivering wonderful customer service. I have an input into strategy and new products but leave most of that to Brad.

What do you do when you’re not doing that?

When I’m not here you’ll find me at Selhurst Park, or indeed in some far-flung football ground following Crystal Palace away. If they’re not playing I’ll be on the golf course or giving one of my sons grief for spending too much time on the X-Box.

Tell us something we don’t know about you…

I play the banjo in an irish band.

Favourite food?

Unless my photo has been ‘shopped' you should see that I am a fan of food generally, there’s very little I don’t like and whilst I love the odd fine-dining experience, I can easily find merit in a perfect cheeseburger.

Favourite Holiday (destination) and why?

I’m slightly embarrassed to declare Florida to be my favourite holiday destination, I just love the Theme & Water Parks..

What did you want to be when you were at school?

My burning ambition when I was at school was to follow Quincy, M.E into Forensic Science but A-Level Chemistry soon put paid to that. A career in insurance sales looked to be my lot for a while but fortunately Bradley and I eventually bumped into each other. A shared ambition to shape our own destiny (ie not have a boss) and create a really good innovative and useful business led us to where we are today.

Tell us a secret about someone else from iHasco…

I’ve been asked to share a secret about the staff but am far too much of a gentleman. I can tell you that I’ve known Sue Ridgway since I was 10 and she was 11 and that Jackie Wetherell is actually 83 years old next birthday. Everything else is off limits.
