Favourite food?
Can't possibly limit myself to picking one favourite.
Favourite Holiday (destination) and why?
France, because I get to spend time with my family who live there and enjoy peace and quiet of the area with a few glasses of wine.
What did you want to be when you were at school?
I wanted to be a scientist, however a strange twist of fate involving human biology left me happily with a very fulfilling project!
